Store Policies and Information

Credit Card Payments - We accept PayPal. This is the preferred method of payment. You can use credit cards, debit cards, e-checks or bank transfers.

Transaction Security - Mineral Concepts does not process your credit card on the Mineral Concepts website. We leave secure credit card processing up to the experts at PayPal. The entire credit card transaction is done by the highly respected and trusted third party, PayPal Corp. All of PayPal transactions from our website are protected by high levels of encryption with the use of firewalls, as well as other protective measures to ensure that your private information is completely secure during the transaction. Credit card information is not seen or held by Mineral Concepts. All information held by Mineral Concepts and PayPal is held as strictly confidential.
Phone Orders - For those who still prefer not to order online, we accept Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us at 951-791-1764.

Other Payment Options - If you would like to pay by money order/check, print your invoice and enclose your money order/check with it and mail to the address below.

Please Note - Your order will not be shipped until your money order/check has cleared our bank. When cleared, we will ship your purchase the same day. You will be notified when we receive your money order/check and when your purchase has been shipped.

Shipping - Our handcrafted natural products are made in small batches with great care and pride. Please allow us 4-7 business days to prepare your order for shipment. (We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). From time to time, especially during holidays, order preparation may exceed this time frame. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us.

All orders within the United States are shipped by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). If there are any delays, you will be notified. Other carriers and Express service are available upon request. Please call 951-791-1764 or email us at sales@mineralconcepts.com

International Shipping - We offer international shipping using USPS Global Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.

Returns, Refunds and Credits - Customer satisfaction is always our first priority. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your Mineral Concepts purchase, please let us know within 14 days of purchase by email at sales@mineralconcepts.com or by phone at 951-791-1764. We will be more than happy to make amends by relacement, credit or some other means.

Gift Certificate Rules and Regulations: Gift certificates must be redeemed through Mineral Concepts toward the purchase of products listed in Mineral Concepts online boutique. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid credit card, check or money order.

Gift certificates and their use are subject to the Mineral Concepts Policies and Privacy Policy.

Gift certificates and unsed portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issuance. Expiation date does not apply in any states where prohibited by law.

Product Statements - Product statements on this website are for informational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Mineral Concepts products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

A note about our loose powder image colors - We make every attempt to accurately tune images to reflect the original samples rich colors and hues. Even ideal monitor's will display colors that are slightly different from the original red, green and blue values of the sample. Moreover, the monitor on which you view the image may utilize a different "color language" than that of the original sample.

We are happy to offer sample products for a nominal charge and strongly suggest you first purchase the sample sizes. We want our customers to have confidence that the colors and products they order will meet their needs.

Sales Tax - California residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax. In all cases, you will be sent a receipt detailing your purchase, any discounts and shipping charges.

Privacy Policy - Your privacy is important to us. Any information you give us is completely secure, and is only used for our purposes to serve you. Your information is never sold, traded or given to anyone.

Email Privacy - We will only use this contact information to improve your experience visiting our site and notify you of Mineral Concepts products, sales and events. If you do not wish to receive any promotional/sales emails please email us at unsubscribe@mineralconcepts.com. Please know that we would never share, rent or sell your email address or contact information with other business or organization.

Phone Number Privacy - We will only contact you by phone if we have questions or a concern about your order. We will not call you for any other purpose or share your phone number with a company or organization.

Mail Privacy - We receive your mailing address online when you order products. You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products, sales and events. If you prefer not to receive our mailings, please email us at unsubscribe@mineralconcepts.com or write to us at the address below requesting to be removed from the mailing list. Please include your name as it appears on your account and your complete mailing address with a letter requesting removal.

Notification of changes to the Customer Service and Privacy Policies - We reserve the right to revise our Customer Service and Privacy Policies as needed. Any changes or revisions to the Mineral Concepts policies will be posted here. We reserve the right to make changes at any time without notifying you, the customer. We suggest that you periodically consult this Privacy Policy section.
